The duration of a typical house cleaning service varies greatly depending on several factors, including the size of the home, furnishing status (fully furnished or unfurnished), & house condition of the house (level of cleanliness). If the house condition differs from the original description, additional cleaning hours may be required. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Although you don't need to be present during cleaning, please have yourself or a representative available to let our team in and conduct a final walk-through upon completion. This ensures a secure key handover and verifies that everything has been cleaned to your satisfaction.
