Cancellation Notice & Important Notes

1. CANCELLATION NOTICE

​

1.1. Cancellations or amendments of bookings can be made by contacting us up to 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning service session.

 

1.2. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service, there will be a cancellation charge equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the Booked Service Fee.

 

1.3. If our service team arrives at your location and is unable to gain access or if the appointment is missed/delayed without prior notice, the full-service fee will be charged based on the original time booked.

 

Note

  • Prior to commencing cleaning works, especially during evening slots, please ensure that the necessary permit approvals are obtained from MCST.

  • Verify the availability of water and electricity at the premises. Failure to secure access to these utilities may impact the working schedule, and a cancellation fee will be applied accordingly.

  • Please confirm that the unit is accessible for cleaning. If access is not granted, it may affect the working schedule, and a cancellation fee will be applied.

2. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • No GST and no service charges.

  • Prices, terms, & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prices listed are indicative, prices may be adjusted if there are any additional works to do.

  • Cleaning result may vary from one unit to another, please send sample videos or photos for better assessment.

2.1. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

​

  • Prices incl. cleaning material, cleaning equipment, & transport fee.

  • Prices listed above are indicative, prices may be adjusted if there are any additional works to do.

  • Total number of hour & labour proposed is based on unit area & type, should there be any additional working hours required, we will inform you in advance with additional labour cost of $35/hr/cleaner.

  • The minimum booking is 2 cleaners for 3 hours. Even if the job is completed in less time than the proposed booking duration, the minimum booking charge will still apply.

  • No 100% guarantee of stain removal, some stains may have absorbed & damaged the material due to wear & tear.

  • Excl. deep stain removal (adhesives, mold, grout, paint, stove soot, toilet bowl stain, floor stain, water stain, etc), please consult us in advance to find the best possible solutions on stain issue.

  • Discussion of specific stains will enable us to determine the most effective removal approach.

  • Any additional work or charges will be communicated in advance, if applicable.

  • Excl. disposal of bulky rubbish or furniture, excl. steaming/cleaning of soft furniture & curtain/blinds, excl. cleaning of fragile items & lights (e.g. chandelier, ceiling lights).

  • Please ensure to clear interior of cabinets & kitchen appliances before cleaning.

  • Provided the ceiling height is above 3m standard height, we will not proceed the cleaning of ceiling fans.

  • Job scope are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2. GENERAL CLEANING

​

  • Total number of hour & labour is decided by customer, we will work within timeframe booked.

  • For hygienic purpose, we will use customer’s cleaning material, additional fee of $120 will be added if customer requires us to provide complete cleaning materials & equipment.

  • Cleaner(s) will perform General cleaning, not Professional cleaning, thus can’t expect Professional cleaning result.

  • We don’t provide General cleaning job scope, as they will perform basic cleaning within the timeframe booked.

  • No 100% guarantee of stain removal, some stains may have absorbed & damaged the material due to wear & tear.

  • Excl. deep stain removal (adhesives, mold, grout, paint, stove soot, toilet bowl stain, floor stain, water stain, etc), please consult us in advance to find the best possible solutions on stain issue.

2.3. PART TIME HELPERS

​

  • Due to personal hygiene & preferences, cleaning equipment & solutions to be provided by customer.

  • We will send same cleaner on fix regular basis, we will send substitute cleaner if the regular cleaner is on leave/MC by informing you in advance.

  • General cleaning job scope can be adjusted to customer’s preference.

  • Please provide the cleaner with a briefing on the first session outlining the tasks that need to be completed.

  • In accordance with the regulations set by MOM, our cleaners are only allowed to perform house cleaning task.

2.4. UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

​

  • Prices incl. cleaning material, cleaning equipment, & transport fee.

  • No 100% guarantee of stain removal, some stains may have absorbed & damaged the material due to wear & tear, please send sample videos or photos for better assessment.

  • Allow the room to have good air ventilation for 4-5hrs after cleaning for faster drying of soft furniture.

  • Min. order of $120 per trip, orders below $120 will be charged according to the minimum amount.

2.5. CURTAIN CLEANING

​

  • Steam cleaning prices incl. cleaning material, cleaning equipment, & transport fee.

  • Dry cleaning prices incl. dismantling, installation, & transport fee.

  • No dry cleaning for blackout curtain & curtain tassel.

  • Curtains will be marked to ensure accurate identification and prevent mix-ups during dry cleaning.

  • No 100% guarantee of stain removal, some stains may have absorbed & damaged the material due to wear & tear.

  • Min. order of $120 per trip, orders below $120 will be charged according to the minimum amount.
