1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Cleaning Papa Pte Ltd (UEN No. 201942134W, “Cleaning Papa”) is a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 151 Chin Swee Road, #09-08, Singapore 169876. Cleaning Papa is a technology platform that can be accessed through https://www.cleaningpapa.sg/ (the “Site”), as well as a WhatsApp link for booking purpose https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=6589443986 (the “Booking Link”) and connects End Users with third party providers of Home Services as listed on the Site (“Service Providers”). It enables You to engage a Service Provider in your area for the provision of Home Services.

1.2. By using Cleaning Papa’s Site and/or Booking Link, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions within our Terms of Use. If you are using Cleaning Papa’s Site and Booking Link as a representative of a legal entity, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of that entity.

1.3. We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. However, an individual notice will not be sent to you. Any amended Terms of Use shall replace all previous versions of the same. If you do not agree to the amendments or changes to the Terms of Use, you should immediately cease use of any of the services on the Site. After any such amendment becomes effective, we will deem your continued use of the Site to constitute acceptance and agreement to such amendment.

2. Definitions

Booking Request means the booking of an Event made by you on the Booking Link;
Weekly Booking means the occurrence of Events at the frequency of once per week;
Fortnightly Booking means the occurrence of Events at the frequency of once every two weeks;
Just Once Booking means the occurrence of a single Event;
Night Slot means the occurrence of a single or recurring Event in the evening time;
Services means all the service provided by Service Provider(s) where the scope of the Cleaning Services and Vertical Services is to be agreed between the End User and the Service Provider before the commencement of any Services;
Cleaning Services means cleaning and/or housekeeping services provided by Service Provider/s where the scope of the Cleaning Services is to be agreed between the End User and the Service Provider before the commencement of any Cleaning Service;
Vertical Services means services other than Cleaning Services provided by Service Providers on the Cleaning Papa platform, including but not limited to disinfection and aircon services;
Home Services means services provided on the Cleaning Papa platform, such as Part Time Helpers, Upholstery Cleaning, and Disposal Services;
End User/s or You or Your means the authorised users of Cleaning Papa platform on the Site and/or the Booking Link to request Home Services;
Event means the provision of the Home Service that commences and ends according to the information provided on the Cleaning Papa Site;
Service Provider(s) means a list of companies and such other services available on Cleaning Papa’s Site and/or Booking Link for End Users to request Home Services;
We or Us or Cleaning Papa means Cleaning Papa Pte Ltd.

3. Prices, Booking, and Payment

3.1. The prices of our various Service(s) are displayed on the Site under respective service tabs, or by quote. Prices may be subjected to changes during festive and/or promotion period with notice. Price changes will not affect bookings already accepted, except in cases of obvious error.

3.2. You are required to provide accurate information about the location where the selected services will be carried out, as well as contact details of the user that we need to reach on/before the day of cleaning services.

3.3. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.4. Some Services may be ordered on a recurring basis (”Recurring Order”). When you make a Recurring Order, payments will be collected in advance for a specified period (“Cycle”). Recurring Orders will automatically renew for the same duration, timing, and number of individual sessions unless cancelled by you. Following the initial Cycle, payments for each subsequent Cycle will be collected prior to the performance of the last session.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Cancellations or amendments of bookings can be made by contacting us up to 48 hours before the scheduled Service(s) session.

4.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service, You will have to pay a cancellation charge equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the Booked Service Fee.

4.3. If our Services team arrives at Your location and is unable to gain access or if the appointment is missed/delayed without prior notice, the full-service fee will be charged based on the original time booked.

4.4. In cases when refunds are issued at the discretion of Cleaning Papa, refund amounts may be subject to deduction for any services rendered.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to:

a) provide accurate and complete information when using the Services;
b) treat all Service Providers with respect and courtesy;
c) provide a safe and appropriate working environment for Service Providers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
d) ensure that the Service Provider works only within the scope of the Home Services as provided on our Site and Booking Link;
e) communicate to Service Providers all information necessary for the Service Provider to fulfill the Home Services as soon as possible, prior to the commencement of the Home Service;
f) provide them with tools, equipment and other materials, and co-operation required as soon as possible to enable them to provide the Home Services; and
g) abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2. In the event of any miscommunication, dispute or any other occurrence that may result in the misalignment of Your expectation of the Services rendered and the actual performance of the Service Providers, You agree to immediately contact Cleaning Papa at the first instance to inform us the issue, and allow us to facilitate the communication between you and the Service Providers for the purpose of completing the Services.

6. Liability

6.1. Cleaning Papa will make every effort to provide high-quality services through our Service Providers, but we do not guarantee the results of our services. We are not liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with:

a) our Terms of Use;
b) the use of or inability to use the Site and/or Booking Link;
c) from any communications, interactions or meetings with our Service Providers, other End Users or any other persons with whom you communicate, interact or meet with as a result of your use of the Site and/or Booking Link.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Unless otherwise stated, all rights on the Site and Booking Link (technology, content, trademarks, look and feel, etc.) are owned by Cleaning Papa, and by using our Platform You agree to do so for its intended purpose only.

7.2. You are not allowed to monitor, copy, scrape/crawl, download, reproduce, or otherwise use anything on our Site and Booking Link for any commercial purpose without written permission of Cleaning Papa.

7.3. By uploading a review/picture to our Site and/or Booking Link, you’re confirming that it meets our Content Standards and Guidelines and that:

a) it is truthful (e.g. you have not altered the picture or uploaded one of a different property);
b) it does not contain any viruses;
c) You are allowed to share it with us;
d) You own (or are allowed to use) any intellectual property rights that it contains;
e) we are allowed to use it on our Site and/or Platform and for any other commercial purposes (including marketing and advertising), on any media, worldwide—unless You ask us to stop using it;
f) it does not infringe the privacy rights of other people;
g) You accept full responsibility for any legal claims against Cleaning Papa related to it.

7.4. We are not responsible or liable for any picture uploaded to our Platform, and we are allowed to remove any picture at our discretion (e.g. if a picture does not meet the above criteria).

8. Use of Your Personal Information

8.1. When you register or otherwise use our Site and/or Booking Link, you provide us with personal data which is collected and used in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy. It is important that you read our privacy policy, which may be updated from time to time, and understand how we use your information and the rights that you have about your information.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1. Cleaning Papa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms of Use will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the updated Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
