Spring cleaning is a more thorough cleaning than regular cleaning, focusing on cleaning often-overlooked areas, such as closets, attics, and behind appliances. Unlike regular cleaning, which maintains daily tidiness, spring cleaning aims to refresh and rejuvenate the entire home.

We don’t apply surcharge on weekend slot (Saturday) or evening slot. All prices are inclusive, there is no hidden cost on the quote, number of manpower, & working hours proposed.

The duration of a typical house cleaning service varies greatly depending on several factors, including the size of the home & house condition of the house (level of cleanliness). If the house condition differs from the original description, additional cleaning hours may be required. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Spring Cleaning job scope is more thorough than basic general cleaning job scope. For larger, more complex properties like landed houses, we offer customized solutions. We will clean the interior of wardrobes and appliances, provided they are empty. Please note that we avoid moving personal items to prevent damage and minimize time consumption.

Please note that upholstery cleaning is available at an additional cost, as it requires specialized machinery and cleaning solutions. Our standard Spring Cleaning service includes dusting of furniture surfaces.

Typically, Spring Cleaning services are booked for the unit where the homeowner or tenant resides. As a result, we anticipate that there will be personal items present. Our team will request guidance on which items to clean and how to operate any specialized equipment. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend having at least one representative available in the house to provide clarification as needed.

Our experienced cleaners will use specialized equipment and techniques to address stains, but no 100% guarantee as some may be permanent or require additional treatments which may incur extra charges (with your approval).
